Starter and Pro · second profession on every listing
Signed contracts, a second profession, and on-call control
Send a contract straight from the Contracts page, sign it yourself before the family does, list a second profession in the directory, switch off on-call for clients you are not supporting at birth, and format your writing in the visual editor.

Automations on Pro. Google Calendar on Starter and Pro.
Automations and Google busy times
Automations send your own messages when something happens: a contract is signed, a due date approaches, a baby arrives, or someone attends your class. Google Calendar can now hide booking times when you are busy, and show your Google events on your DoulaOne calendar.

Proposals, reminders, and repeat events
Send a family a branded page of the packages you discussed so they can choose one online. Set reminders on a client that notify you in the app or by email. Duplicate an event onto new dates, and share a published event with several clients at once.

Booking times in their timezone, and card refunds
Families booking a video or phone call see times in their own timezone. You can refund a card payment from the invoice, and the invoice and your reports update to match.

GST and PayID for Australia
Australian workspaces can turn on GST, show prices as GST-inclusive, send invoices titled Tax Invoice, record PayID payments, and see GST collected in Reports.

Drop-in sessions, resource sharing, forms, and guides
Families can book a single session of a paid course. Share resources with several clients at once, or copy a link for someone who is not a client. Organise forms with sections and drag-and-drop. Read the new public guides for birth workers and families.
