Mail that looks like you.
And lands in the inbox.

Outlook, Hotmail, and Yahoo treat an unverified from-address as spoofed. Proving the domain is yours is what lets those inboxes trust the messages your clients already expect.

Authenticate the domain

  1. Open Settings and find email. Use an address on your own domain, not a free mailbox.
  2. Click Show DNS records and add each record where the domain is managed: GoDaddy, Squarespace, Wix, Cloudflare, or whoever you use.
  3. Click Check DNS now. DNS can take a few hours. When it succeeds, the panel says the domain is authenticated.
  4. Verify the mailbox with the code DoulaOne sends, if you have not already. Mail then sends from that address.

Until then, emails send from DoulaOne with your business name, and replies still come to you. Each message also includes a plain-text copy, so mailbox filters see the same words as the formatted email.
