    Abuela Doulas

The UK's first Black-owned and led doula training organisation, training birth and postnatal doulas since 2017. Founded by Mars Lord, Abuela Doulas puts justice at the centre of everything it teaches, not in a separate module.

Their graduates leave ready to take on clients. DoulaOne gives them a calm place to run that practice, with clients, bookings, contracts and payments together from the first enquiry to the postnatal visit.

    Red Tent Doulas

A UK doula training organisation led by Nicola Mahdiyyah, a doula of more than 30 years. Red Tent Doulas prepares birthworkers through a self-study guide, a workshop and a one-to-one with a facilitator, treating pregnancy, birth and the early days after as one journey.

Graduates leave with a community around them, ready to walk alongside families. DoulaOne gives them a calm place to run that practice, with clients, bookings, contracts and payments together from the first enquiry to the postnatal visit.
