Send the form with the message.
File the answers on the client.
Asking someone to print a form and email it back is how answers get lost. The form can travel with the message you were already going to send, and come back onto the client without a second system.

Link a form to a template
The form is not an attachment. It is a personal link in the email. A client who has already filled that form in does not get asked again.
- Open Automations and edit a message template.
- Under Forms to fill in, tick the forms. They are sent in that order.
- Mention each form by name in the message, and point them to the Fill in the form button. Do not ask them to reply with the answers.
- Save the template, and use it on a rule as before.
A form you have switched off in Formsis left out until you turn it back on. Answers land on the client's Forms tab, with the rest of their responses.
