1 October 2026
The class is over.
The follow-up is not.
A thank-you, a recording, or a link to the next workshop used to be a separate mail-out. It now lives on the event, goes only to people with an email address, and does not send the same wording twice.
Events
Write the follow-up
- Open the event and find After the event.
- Write the message. {{first_name}}, {{event_title}}, and {{business_name}} are filled in for each person. Or start from a template.
- Choose who receives it. Send now and Schedule can use the attendees you have selected. An automatic send uses the audience you set, such as everyone who attended.
- Optionally Attach a form, switch on Link to what's next, or Ask for a review. The review uses the link in your business profile.
Guests are not emailed, because they do not have their own address. The same message is not sent twice. A later message with different wording can still go out. Mark attendance first if you only want to write to people who came.
Follow-ups
Tasks for the event
Follow-up tasks that are about the event, rather than one client, show on the event and in the reminders you already check. Add one for the recording, the slides, or the room deposit, with a due date, and tick it off when it is done.
