Share resources faster.

Not every family can commit to a six-week course, but many would pay for the one session that matters to them. Selling single sessions fills places that would otherwise be empty, and it often leads to people booking the full course next time.

1. Create or edit a paid event with more than one session.
2. Set a Price per session alongside the Full course price. Leave it blank to sell the course as a whole only.
3. Publish. Families can book the whole course or pick individual sessions on the event page.

Set the session price above the course price divided by the number of sessions, so the full course stays the better deal. Capacity is counted per session. The waitlist is for the full course only.

You probably send the same birth plan template, feeding guide, or class handout to most families. Sending it to each client one by one is repetitive. You can now send it to everyone who needs it in one go.

1. In Resources, click Select to share and tick the resources.
2. In Share resources, choose one or more clients and send by email. Each client gets their own link.
3. Or choose Copy link to paste it into a text or WhatsApp message. Copying works for one client at a time.

You can also copy a link without choosing a client at all. This is useful for an enquiry, a class attendee, or a colleague who is not in your client list.

Long intake forms feel less daunting when they are grouped, and families are more likely to finish them. In Forms, use Add section to group questions under headings such as Health, Birth preferences, or Feeding. Then drag fields into the order that makes sense.
