Is there really a free trial?+
Yes — when you sign up for the full CRM you get a 14-day Pro trial. Add a card at checkout to start; you won't be charged until the trial ends. You can also choose Starter without a trial, or list your practice on the directory for free with no card. When a Pro trial ends, billing continues automatically unless you cancel or switch plans.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?+
Both unlock the full CRM (clients, calendar, notes, invoices, contracts, booking page, and more). Starter includes up to 10 active clients. Pro adds unlimited clients, event pages & online registration, Shared care & workspaces, Reports, DoulaOne AI, onboarding support, and dedicated support. Founding-member pricing applies to Pro only.
What happens if I cancel?+
You keep access until the end of your billing period, then your workspace drops back to the free directory tier. Your data is never deleted — it's waiting for you if you resubscribe, and you can export it anytime.
Which currency will I be charged in?+
Pricing is shown and billed in your local currency where we support it — GBP, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, and NZD. Amounts are localised per market (not a one-to-one currency conversion). Unsupported regions are billed in USD.
Do you have a founding-member discount?+
Yes — founding members get our lowest Pro pricing automatically. Sign up during the launch period and you'll lock in the founding-member Pro rate, no code needed. Starter uses a fixed price.
Can I switch between plans or monthly and annual?+
Yes — from your subscription settings. You can move between Starter and Pro, and switch monthly to annual. Annual saves you roughly two months versus paying monthly.
