Hi I'm Paige! I support families through birth, the newborn nights, postnatal recovery and everything feeding related (from pregnancy right through to weaning).

My own experience of early parenthood is what led me here. I know first hand what it's like to need support and not quite know how to ask for it, or where to find it. That's shaped how I doula. And it's also why I've spent 7 years building deep experience in breastfeeding support, alongside my birth, night and postnatal doula training. Some families want a calm, experienced presence in the room for birth. Some need someone in the house at 3am so they can sleep. Some just need honest, judgement free help figuring out feeding. I do all of it.

Birth Doula: continuous support through pregnancy, labour and birth, helping you feel informed and in control of your choices. Night Doula: overnight support so you can actually rest. Flat rate, no surprises. Postnatal Doula: practical and emotional support in the fourth trimester, when everyone else has gone back to work and you're figuring it out. Breastfeeding support: consultations from pregnancy through to weaning, in person or by video call. Hypnobirthing: tools and confidence for a calmer birth, whatever "calm" means for you.

I'm a mum myself, and I know early parenthood isn't just logistics. It's identity, exhaustion, love.. and everything in between! That's why I also run Bump Nooks and Bump & Baby Walk and Talks: free spaces for pregnant and newly parenting people to find their people.
