Hi, I'm Emma, a birth and postnatal doula and hypnobirthing instructor, and the founder of Love Birth. I support families across Staffordshire and the West Midlands, in person and virtually.

My approach is calm, honest and judgement free. I'll give you clear, evidence based information so you can make decisions that feel right for you, wherever and however you choose to birth. I've had a labour ward birth and a home birth myself which have both shaped how I support my clients. I'm passionate about helping others feel informed, supported and confident.
