About
Hi I'm Katie, I live with my husband and two hypnobirthed babes in Bursledon near Southampton. I'm dedicated to helping parents feel empowered and informed through pregnancy, labour and beyond. I am a qualified and insured independent hypnobirthing instructor currently offering private one to one courses in Southampton and surrounding areas. I'm also a volunteer ABM Breastfeeding Peer Supporter, helping new parents navigate those early days and weeks! I have a lot of extra training such as Biomechanics, Birth Rights, Neurodivergent Birth training, LGBTQ+ birth.
