About
Hi, I'm Chris — I teach infant massage to parents and carers in South East London.
After training with IAIM I set up Little Hands to give families a calm hour each week: learning strokes, reading baby's cues, and finding a rhythm that helps with wind, sleep, and bonding.
I offer a five-week group course, private 1:1 sessions at home, and an online option if coming in person is hard. Classes are parent-led — I never massage your baby for you. Babies are usually ready from around six weeks, once the first immunisations are underway.
I'm DBS checked, first-aid trained, and fully insured.
