Birth doula

  • Two personalised antenatal sessions (2hrs each)

  • Phone and WhatsApp support during pregnancy

  • Dedicated on-call period (10 days before EDD)

  • Continuous support during labour and birth

  • Practical and emotional support for the birth partner

  • One postnatal visit (2hrs)

  • Early postnatal follow-up

  • A third antenatal session dedicated to birth planning, coping strategies and partner preparation (2hrs held on Zoom)

  • A second postnatal visit (2hrs)

  • A dedicated birth reflection session (1hr held on Zoom)

  • One additional hypnobirthing or pregnancy support Power Hour (1hr)

  • Two personalised virtual antenatal sessions, each lasting two hours

  • Access to my Complete Digital Hypnobirthing Course

  • Personalised birth preferences and preparation

  • Phone, text and email support during pregnancy

  • Virtual support throughout labour and birth via agreed communication methods

  • On-call availability from 10 days before the EDD

  • One 90-minute virtual postnatal session for emotional support, birth reflection and signposting where needed

  • An early postnatal check-in by message

  • ​Free initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss how I can support you best
  • 1-hour postnatal planning session via Zoom
  • Postnatal support scheduled to suit you (minimum 2-hour visits)
  • Flexible support tailored to your needs, which can include:
  • Helping around the house
  • Holding baby while you rest or nap
  • Preparing light meals (you provide food & equipment)
  • Assisting with baby feeding
  • Accompanying you on walks for fresh air
  • A listening ear for anything on your mind
  • Additional postnatal sessions at £40/hr (minimum 2-hour visit)
  • Payment plans available
  • Mileage charged at 45p/mile for journeys over 10 miles from my base (SS1)
