My virtual doula support will take place online via Zoom. It includes 2x virtual antenatal sessions (2 hours each), virtual support and contact throughout the birth plus 1x virtual postnatal session (1.5 hours) to discuss and debrief the labour and to provide any other support that might be needed.

I will be on-call for you from 10 days before your EDD (estimated due date) until the birth and offer full support by call, text and email during this time.
