Ways we can work together.

1:1 Antenatal Course - The Birth Den

Antenatal educator

"You cannot control everything about your birth — but you can control how prepared you are for it."

The Birth Den is a comprehensive childbirth education course designed to give you every tool, every piece of knowledge, and every ounce of confidence you need before the big day. This is not a one-size-fits-all class. It is a deeply personal, faith-forward preparation experience that combines evidence-based birth education with mindset work, breathwork, and spiritual grounding — so that whatever your birth looks like, you walk into it ready.

What's included:

4 x antenatal preparation sessions (online, in-person or mixed):

  • The Power of Words & Reframing Language
  • Setting the Scene: Environment & Atmosphere
  • The Uterus, Cervix & the Design for Birth
  • The Hormones of Birth
  • Stages of Labour & Navigating the Journey
  • The Birth Den workbook — your full written guide to pregnancy, birth, and the fourth trimester
  • Birth preferences document support — we write it together
  • Breathwork and relaxation techniques for every stage of labour
  • Comfort measures and pain management tools (including TENS, movement, and positioning)
  • B.R.A.I.N. framework — how to make informed decisions under pressure
  • Partner preparation — equipping your birth partner to show up powerfully
  • Mindset preparation — affirmations, fear-release work, and spiritual grounding
  • Understanding your options for every type of birth — natural, induction, and caesarean
  • The Fourth Trimester & Postpartum Covering
  • Ongoing support via voice note and text throughout your pregnancy

Best for:

First-time parents wanting a thorough, grounded preparation. Also ideal for those who have had a previous difficult birth and want to approach this one differently.

The Birth Anchor

Birth doula

Everything you need to prepare — and someone steady in your corner when it matters most.

The Birth Anchor package takes everything in The Birth Den antenatal course and adds the most important element of all: me, with you (and your partner), on the day. From the moment active labour begins, I am by your side — providing continuous, uninterrupted support through every surge, every decision, and every moment of the journey until your baby is safely in your arms. And in the precious hours that follow, I will check in to make sure you and your baby are settled, supported, and well.

This is the package for the woman who wants to walk into her birth room fully prepared and fully held.

What's included:

Everything in the comprehensive Birth Den Antenatal Course, plus:

  • Continuous labour and birth support — from active labour through to delivery
  • 4 x antenatal education (The Birth Den)
  • On-call from 10 days before your due date
  • Physical comfort support — positioning, movement, massage, breathing guidance
  • Advocacy and communication support with your care team
  • Emotional and mental support throughout labour
  • Birth partner support — keeping your partner calm, informed, and effective
  • 1 x postpartum check-in within 24–48 hours of birth

Postpartum Anchor

Postpartum doula

The birth is just the beginning. You deserve support for what comes after.

The fourth trimester is one of the most significant and under-supported seasons of a woman's life. Your body is healing, your identity is shifting, your baby is adjusting to the world, and the rest of the world expects you to simply get on with it. The Postpartum Anchor is here to make sure you don't have to.

This package provides dedicated, practical, and emotionally grounded support in the weeks after birth — helping you recover well, find your rhythm, and step into motherhood with confidence rather than overwhelm.

What's included:

  • Initial postpartum assessment visit — understanding your physical and emotional recovery needs
  • 4 x Flexible daytime support visits in the first 8–12 weeks postpartum (lasting about 3hrs each)
  • Practical postpartum care — light household support, meal preparation guidance, and baby settling
  • Feeding support — breastfeeding guidance, bottle feeding, and newborn feeding cues
  • Newborn care education — bathing, soothing, safe sleep, and understanding your baby's signals
  • Baby massage sessions — building connection, confidence, and calm with your newborn
  • Postpartum recovery coaching — a gentle, evidence-led return to movement when your body is ready
  • Emotional processing and mental health check-ins — including signposting for Postnatal depression and postpartum anxiety
  • Mindset support — navigating the identity shift of new motherhood with grace
  • Voice note and text support throughout
  • Access to the After making a baby community to connect with other moms

Best for:

New mothers in the postpartum period who need practical help, emotional support, and someone who will tell them the truth about how they are really doing. Also ideal for those who did not have a doula during birth but want support now.
