Essentials Package £1950.00

• Two in-person antenatal sessions - These sessions are designed to help you prepare for birth with confidence. We’ll cover physiological birth, explore your options so you feel fully informed and comfortable with your choices, create your birth plan, and discuss comfort measures to support you during labour. We’ll also plan ahead for your postpartum period.

• On-call support - I will be on call for you from 8 days before your due date until your baby arrives.

• Birth pool guidance - I can help you source and set up a birth pool if you choose to have one (please note: hire cost is not included in this package).

• Ongoing communication - Support is available via WhatsApp or email during standard working hours (8am–8pm).

• Labour and birth support - Continuous, in-person support throughout your labour and birth, staying with you afterwards to ensure you and your baby are settled.

• Postnatal session - One in-person visit within the first week after birth to debrief your experience, meet your baby again, and provide feeding support (breast or bottle, depending on your preference).

Complete Package - £2500.00

• Three in-person antenatal sessions - These sessions are designed to fully prepare you for your birth. We’ll explore the physiological process of birth so you feel informed and confident in your choices, as well as how to advocate for yourself during labour. Together, we’ll create your birth plan and ensure you are aware of a range of comfort measures to support you throughout. Sessions can also include bodywork and hypnobirthing techniques, if you wish.

• On-call support - I will be on call for you from 8 days before your due date until your baby arrives.

• Birth pool hire - A birth pool is included in this package if you would like one (please note: disposables such as the pool kit and liner will need to be purchased separately).

• Ongoing communication - Support via WhatsApp or email during standard working hours (8am–8pm).

• Labour and birth support - Continuous, in-person support throughout your labour and birth, staying with you afterwards to ensure you and your baby are settled and comfortable.

• Three postnatal sessions within the first week after birth to debrief your experience, spend time with you and your baby, and support you during this special “golden period.” I can bring a meal, assist with light household tasks if you’d like, and provide feeding support (breast or bottle, depending on your preference).

Enhanced Package - £3150.00

Of course all Doula care you receive from me is ‘enhanced’ but this offering goes that little bit further and can be adapted to meet your specific needs.

• Five in-person antenatal sessions - These sessions offer comprehensive preparation for your birth, including education around the physiological process, hypnobirthing, and bodywork techniques if desired. I can also support you in preparing your home for birth, should you choose a homebirth. Attendance at NHS appointments or scans, along with time to debrief afterwards, can be included within these sessions.

• On-call support - I will be on call for you from 8 days before your due date until your baby arrives.

• Birth pool hire & essentials - A birth pool is included in this package if you would like one, along with a birth pool essentials kit.

• Ongoing communication - Support via WhatsApp or email during standard working hours (8am–8pm).

• Labour and birth support - Continuous, in-person support throughout your labour and birth, remaining with you afterwards to ensure you and your baby are settled and comfortable.
