When you decide to become an Abuela doula, you're not just learning a skill set. You're being asked to reach back into your own cultural heritage and bring it into the room with you. The wisdom of your mothers and your mothers' mothers. That's the foundation. Everything else is built on it.

This is a doula training with inclusion and ancestral wisdom at its centre, not bolted on afterwards.
