About this event

Join us for a warm, welcoming baby massage workshop where you’ll discover how nurturing touch can support bonding, comfort, and relaxation for you and your baby.

We’ll explore what baby massage is, why we use it, and how to recognise your baby’s cues. You’ll then be guided through a practical massage lesson, learning gentle techniques to use at home while building confidence and getting to know your baby. This is a baby-led space, with plenty of time to feed, settle, cuddle and follow your baby’s pace.
