For those who want experienced doula support without in-person attendance.

Map gives you the preparation, perspective and steady support of a birth doula, entirely virtually. We’ll meet during pregnancy to talk through what you’re planning, what you’re wondering about, and what might help you feel prepared. When labour begins, I’m available by phone and text for ongoing support, perspective and troubleshooting.

For those who want a doula in the room, with focused preparation before birth.

Compass includes everything you need for thoughtful birth preparation and hands-on support when labour gets underway. We’ll meet once during pregnancy, then I’ll join you in person when it’s time for labour and birth.

Full Birth Doula Support

For those who want more time together before birth and comprehensive in-person support.

Full Tour gives us two prenatal sessions to get to know each other, talk through your preferences, prepare for different possibilities, and make a plan that actually feels like yours. Then I’m there in person for labour and birth, with on-call support beginning at 37 weeks.
