Embark on your pregnancy and birthing journey with personalised continuous support from start to finish, provided by a doula who has taken the time to get to know you and your situation. You will be supported in making informed choices about your journey, providing you with a sense of control, security and trust during your unique experience.

I will work with you to create a gentle postnatal support package tailored to your needs, designed to help you navigate the fourth trimester.

An example of what this package could include:

• Virtual support between sessions during your first 8 weeks (over WhatsApp, phone and email) - Always included in this package.

• Breastfeeding support as required

• Baby care while you rest and recuperate

• Helpful hands around the home while you spend time getting to know your baby

• Personal care post-birth, ensuring you feel supported and refreshed

• Emotional support for you and your family, offering a compassionate listening ear

• Baby-wearing support

• Accompaniment to baby classes / medical appointments

• Signposting to relevant specialists for any additional needs

Prices vary according to what you want:

• In-person sessions, each one lasting 2-3 hours.

  £400 for new clients

  £375 for existing clients

  £80 deposit required at time of booking

  Additional charge of £0.45 per mile to be added for travel over 10 miles, e.g 20 miles from my home address = £9 to be added (£4.50 each way).
