As your doula I will walk the path with you towards your birth and beyond. My package includes

Antenatal Education (including Hypnobirthing) These sessions are three online via zoom and two face to face in your home or my home. Text, phone and email support from booking onwards. Limited to 9am-8pm (unless you call for birth support and that's available 24/7) Biomechanics Session A back up doula A loan of a birth pool (you will need to buy consumables such as hose and liner) You will be my sole client during the on call period. Birth attendance from when you need me in labour and for at least three hours after baby is born. A postnatal debrief where we get to admire the baby and you get to talk through your birth story. 6 weeks of text or calls post birth.

This course covers a full antenatal education course, exploring what's happening to your body, learning about your rights and options, how to advocate foe yourself or your partner, how to optimise your birth experience and how to stay as calm as possible through it all. It's fully tailored for you and your individual needs. The course consists of 4x2hr zoom sessions one biomechanics for birth session 9this session can be face to face if within 30 miles of Sheringham Norfolk)
