Antenatal group course in Holt: Based around you and what you want to know
Five weeks to feel informed, prepared, and confident about birth and the early days with your baby, for you and your partner, in a small group at the Treehouse in Holt.
What you'll get
Five evening sessions of two hours each
A small group of six couples maximum, so everyone gets heard and every question gets answered
Clear, up-to-date information on your options, so you can make your own decisions
Everything you didn’t learn at school about your body, your baby and the process of labour. As well as how to build a birth plan. How to cope if things change, how to stay calm and in control, how to be an amazing birth partner and so much more…..
What’s included? Hand outs, Hypnobirthing recordings, a free baby massage online course, biomechanics for birth session. Plus tea, coffee and possibly cake.
Dates
Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8:30pm: 10th, 17th, 24th February, and 3rd and 10th March 2027.
Price
£200 per couple if you book by 31st December, then £225 after that. The price covers you and your partner.
Who it's for
Anyone due roughly April to June who wants honest information, not scare stories, and to meet other local parents-to-be.
