· My presence and support during labour

· 5 postnatal visits in your home on the first week at 3 hrs each to ensure you have a soft landing into the tender and raw first days after the birth

· All additional material or travel expenses I have, including foods, drinks and herbal folk remedies brought to you in postpartum visits

· 18 visits in the first six weeks postpartum, 3 hrs each: five visits on the first week, four visits the second week, three visits the third week, two visits the fourth week and a final visit on the fifth week

· Comprehensive and individually tailored doula care, rooted in global postpartum tradition and my own ancestral culture

· Nurturing your wellbeing with emotional, practical, physical and informational support and mentoring

· Homemade traditional healing foods, drinks, herbs and natural folk remedies for the birthing person included

· Preparation hours outside of contact hours included

· Travel costs included

Up to a year of continuity in care and support for you and your family, walking alongside you in pregnancy, birth and the fourth trimester

This includes full antenatal and birth support, followed by 40 days of traditional doula care:

• 4 antenatal visits at 3 hrs each, with individually tailored mentoring, planning and educational sessions to help you best prepare four your journey through the thresholds of birth and beyond

• My on call period from 38 weeks, till the birth of your baby, whenever that will be

• My presence and support during labour

• 18 postnatal visits in your home at 3 hours each, over the first six weeks of your postpartum period

• Individually tailored mentoring for birth preparation, labour, postnatal planning and postpartum recovery

• Homemade traditional healing foods, drinks, herbs and natural folk remedies for the birthing person included

• Preparation hours outside of contact hours included

• Travel costs included
